Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Recommendations Published by: Financial Stability Board (FSB) Overview: The TCFD's final report (2017) provides a framework for companies and financial institutions to disclose climate-related financial risks and opportunities. It focuses on four core areas: Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, and Metrics and Targets. TCFD's recommendations aim to improve transparency in how companies assess and manage climate-related risks and disclose these in financial filings.
